Teamwork
Our office works as a collaborative team, sharing opinions and expertise. The practice approaches each project with an open mind, working as a team with our clients, whether experienced or new to design. Together we develop an imaginative and exciting response to the brief. We listen carefully and read between the lines.
Design
We believe in designing creatively and innovatively for new 21st century needs and new materials, within the local context. We enjoy building up a good relationship with our clients and all other members of the team, from consultants to contractors. It is clear to us that whilst the co-operative approach is the most effective way to work, it is our responsibility to lead the team to the best outcome. We expect our contractors to deliver excellent quality work.
Management
We are committed to managing projects efficiently from initial ideas to completion. We design within budgets by establishing effective programmes for delivery, and where appropriate, we can bring in our experience of public and private funding.
